The news filtering in the country about the court ruling will be welcomed by most Nigerians.

It state's

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, yesterday, ordered the Federal Government to “immediately release to Nigerians information about the names of high ranking public officials from whom public funds were recovered and the circumstances under which funds were recovered, as well as the exact amount of funds recovered from each public official.

Meanwhile, the Federal Government, yesterday, agreed it would publish the names of treasury looters as ordered by the court so Nigerians can see.

According to Malami, the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government totally agrees with the ruling of the court and hence, will carry out the order as long as it does not amount to violation of the rules of the court.

These name being expected! Since these names where held at first does that mean no measures where taken to punish these offenders?

These leave a lot question, which we will be discussing today!

What punishment fits these suppose culprit's?

How will the looted funds be re-injected into the economy?

Because taking the recovered funds from say maybe Delta and adding it to the general treasury doesn't sound as justice as these funds where meant for development of Delta true?

What names do you expect to see in these list?

Does these mean the president is delivering on his campaign promise?

And finally do you think these will reduce the rate of looting of public funds?
